This is a birthday gift for my friend, michia of one of her many favorite peoples in the music industry. This is Morrissey, and I wouldnt be surprised if many of you peoples dont know about his music but it's actually pretty good, and rather amusing. Anyhoo, this was just an 8x10 picture done with my trusty mechanical pencil :D Took me a loooong time.

this is an excellent drawing. I love the detail-level in this drawing, and most of all his shirt - cause I know how hard this can take and the patience it affords.

Whoot! How awesome!! I'm so glad that you finally got it finished and posted! The stripes came out V. nicely. But I do have my issues w/ the background. . . but then again I always do (remember the baby on the rocks insident at Elaines?) *snort*
